Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Pawliom website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography and normal manufacturing variations. Product availability may change without notice.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in GBP. Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, product or pricing information is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be completed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payment

Payment must be authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing is provided through Shopify and the relevant payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide a complete and accurate United Kingdom delivery address.

Returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the website’s operation or use its content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Pawliom is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when that order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Consumers retain any mandatory legal rights and protections that apply where they live.
