United Kingdom delivery

Pawliom currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days after processing. These are estimated rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, UK public holidays, courier disruption and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping charge

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 unless an eligible promotional or free-delivery rate is displayed at checkout. The final shipping charge will be shown before payment.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order processing has started.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page and provide your order number.

We will investigate the matter with our fulfilment and delivery providers and offer an appropriate remedy where required.
